REFUND INFORMATION

We don't accept refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. This is because everything is made specifically to order. If the sizing is incorrect we can offer you advise on how to resell the garms instead. Please contact me if you need any guidance with sizing. 

Please Note I take pictures of the garments before they get posted as a record for quality control.

MADE TO ORDER

All items are made to order within 28 WORKING DAYS. It is totally worth the wait! When you place the order, we start making it. We purchase fabrics once the order is placed so if suppliers delay this process due to Brexit and other current affairs we will contact you. 

Working days do not include the weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Postage

We ship with Royal mail and postage time is 3-5 days after your order is completed.
